The Duplex Suite category includes two unique rooms, each approximately 35 square metres, spread over two levels thanks to their characteristic mezzanine. A short wooden or Lecce stone staircase connects the ground-floor sleeping area, with a King-size bed, to the upper-floor living area, furnished with a French sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children over 10 years old.

Elegantly furnished, both suites are enhanced by original artworks and antique objects, which highlight their authentic charm. From the ground floor, guests can access a private garden, complete with seating, sun loungers, and lemon trees; in one of the suites, a distinctive feature is an 18th-century altar depicting Saint Anthony of Padua. Both rooms are located on the ground floor of Palazzina Lazzari, within the same complex and facing the Reception building.

One of the suites features a free-standing bathtub, and both include a walk-in shower.

The suites are equipped with all modern comforts: 40- and 48-inch TVs with Sky HD, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, stereo system, and a Lavazza coffee machine with a selection of capsules and infusions.
