Check-in / Check-out

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guests of La Fiermontina Luxury Home may check in from 15:30 and must check out by 11:00 on the day of departure. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested by contacting our Booking Office before arrival booking@lafiermontinacollection.com and/or the Front Office once at the hotel, as well as at info@lafiermontina.com.

How does check-in work at the hotel?

Guests can arrive near the entrance either by car or on foot. They are welcomed by our Guest Ambassador and dedicated staff, who will collect their luggage and, if necessary, park their car. Check-in procedures may take place in the lobby of La Fiermontina Luxury Home or indoors in case of bad weather. Our check-in is not simply a formality but a true welcome—much like arriving at a friend’s home.

Is early check-in possible?

Yes. Early check-in may be requested by contacting our Booking Office before arrival and/or the Front Office once you are at the hotel: booking@lafiermontinacollection.com and info@lafiermontina.com.

Is late check-out possible?

Yes. Late check-out may be requested through the Booking Office before arrival and/or through the Front Office once at the hotel: booking@lafiermontinacollection.com and info@lafiermontina.com.

What are the reception opening hours?

Reception operates 24/7. You may also contact the reception team at any time via the in-room landline, or by mobile phone/WhatsApp at +39 377 351 8636.

Which languages does the reception staff speak?

All our Front Office Agents and Guest Ambassadors speak Italian and English fluently. Some also speak French, Spanish and Portuguese.

Property / Services

Where is the hotel located and how can it be reached?

La Fiermontina Luxury Home is located in Piazzetta De Summa Scipione 4, in Lecce’s historic centre. Please note that the hotel is situated within a Restricted Traffic Zone (ZTL), accessible only to residents or those authorised by the Municipality of Lecce.

GPS directions may therefore be misleading or inaccurate. To avoid fines, we strongly recommend following our map or entering the following coordinates into your navigation system: 40.35807729992482, 18.169823352449782

Here is a simple guide to reach us comfortably:

  • • Once you enter Lecce, continue straight ahead, pass the first roundabout (Foro Boario area) and the second one (near the Mura Urbiche), then proceed along Viale Michele de Pietro.
  • • Turn right into Via Casale Fornello and continue until Piazza Dei Peruzzi.
  • • Keeping to the right, you will reach a short alleyway leading to Piazzetta Scipione De Summa. Here you will find the glass entrance door to the Resort.
  • • Twenty metres further on, to the left of the entrance, a white gate provides access to the hotel’s private car park.

Is there parking on-site?

Yes. We offer a private, complimentary car park for our guests. A driver is always available to park your car on arrival and/or upon your return, and to bring your car around whenever you need it. You may also park independently if you prefer. Electric charging stations are available.

Is the property equipped with a lift?

Yes.

Which accessibility features does the hotel offer?

La Fiermontina Luxury Home is equipped with a lift, and an accessible room is available for guests with reduced mobility.

Does the hotel have Wi-Fi?

Yes. All areas of La Fiermontina Luxury Home are equipped with Wi-Fi. Guests may connect to the GUESTS network and browse freely.

Are pets allowed?

Yes. Small pets are allowed in the rooms of La Fiermontina Luxury Home.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes. Guests may leave their luggage temporarily—before check-in, after check-out, or while visiting the city.

Is a shuttle service available?

Is there an electric vehicle charging service?

Yes. Electric charging points are available in the hotel’s private car park.

Are children allowed to stay at the hotel?

Yes.

What amenities do the rooms offer?

All rooms offer room service on request with a dedicated menu; air conditioning; flat-screen TV; kettle and coffee machine with Lavazza coffee kit; a selection of teas and herbal infusions; amenities and towels.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Some rooms feature a balcony or private patio.
All rooms have a walk-in shower; some also include a bathtub.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes. The Superior Accessible Room, located on the ground floor, measures approximately 19 sqm. This comfortable and elegant double room can accommodate one or two guests and has been adapted for those with reduced mobility.

Is breakfast included?

Yes. Breakfast is included and features an à la carte menu and a generous buffet.

What time is breakfast served?

Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10:30.

Where is breakfast served?

The large buffet is arranged in the indoor dining room of La Fiermontina Luxury Home. Tables are available both indoors and outdoors, in a dedicated breakfast garden.

What type of breakfast is served?

Breakfast includes international options and several local dishes, with à la carte choices and an extensive buffet.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options available?

Yes. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options are available. We recommend informing us of any dietary requirements prior to arrival so we may cater for them in the best possible way.

Dining

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

Yes. La Fiermontina Luxury Home hosts Zéphyr Restaurant.
In summer, lunch and dinner are served in the centuries-old olive grove; in winter, in the indoor dining room.
The restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner, and closed on Sunday evenings.
The cuisine is local with international inspiration. The entire team is multicultural.

Yes. Guests are encouraged to inform us of dietary requirements before arrival.

Is there a bar in the hotel?

Yes. The bar is open daily and reserved for hotel guests.

Spa / Swimming pool

Is there a wellness centre in the hotel?

Guests may enjoy the Relaxarium located at our sister property, La Fiermontina Palazzo Bozzi Corso, only a 5-minute walk away. T
he Relaxarium is a dedicated wellness area featuring a stone hot tub, body and facial treatments, massages, and relaxation activities such as yoga and meditation.

What are the wellness centre opening hours?

The Relaxarium is open daily from morning to late afternoon. Guests may book access to the hot tub and/or treatments and massages through the Fiermonte Museum reception or via the Booking Office (booking@lafiermontinacollection.com).

Is a spa kit provided?

Yes. Towels, slippers, body products and everything needed for a relaxing experience are provided.

Is there a swimming pool at the hotel?

Yes. There is a large swimming pool set among centuries-old olive trees. This area is reserved exclusively for hotel guests and includes a solarium and outdoor showers. One of our rooms, the Suite à Côte – Pool Suite, features a private plunge pool.

What are the pool opening hours?

The large pool in the olive grove garden is open daily from morning to late afternoon.

Do you provide pool towels?

Yes.

Does the hotel have a concierge service?

Yes. Guests are assisted by our Guest Ambassadors throughout their stay for the organisation of experiences, transfers and any other needs.

What are the cancellation terms?

Is there a city tax?

Yes. It is €5.00 from 1 May to 31 October and €2.50 from 1 November to 30 April
