La Fiermontina Family Collection extends you a very warm welcome. We trust your stay will be enjoyable and comfortable with the information featured below. 

Your personalised breakfast will be served at the table or in room at a time of your choice between 7:30am and 10:30 am.

Our restaurant is open in Fiermontina from Thursday to Tuesday, and closed on Wednesdays. Our kitchen will cater exclusively to our guests’ requests. We kindly ask you to reserve your dinner in advance so that the Chef can source the freshest ingredients to satisfy your requests. Do not hesitate to contact your Guest Ambassador on the direct number you received at check-in for any assistance. You will also find other extension numbers for service on your night table. 

Room cleaning service is available in the morning until 3:00 pm, and in the evening from 6:30pmShould you wish not to be disturbed until 2pm, press the “do not disturb” (“no transit”) symbol on the keypad where you insert your card key.  Your room will thus be cleaned in the evening. *

For any information on the exclusive Signature Experiences we offer, do not hesitate to contact your Guest Ambassador. 

Our standard checkout time will be by 12 noon on day of departure. Lastly, we would like to inform you that, pursuant of a recent Italian regulation, for guests living in Italy or in the European Community, it is possible to pay the bill in cash only up to € 2.000,00.

*Water is precious. Please help us preserve it. If you wish your towels to be changed, please leave them on the floor. If you prefer to let them dry and reuse them later to reduce water consumption and detergent runoffs, please hang them up.
