Set against the backdrop of the ocean and the sand dunes, Ocean Restaurant offers the best of Italian cuisine, with recipes by our Executive Chef. Dishes are served alongside traditional Moroccan cuisine that is prepared by local cooks, with the latter including dishes such as couscous or lamb tajine, prepared in the eponymous clay cooking pot with its pointed lid.

Start your day with breakfast around a Moroccan-style set table and get ready to savor traditional dishes: honey pastries, amlou (almond and argan oil spread), bissara (bean soup typical of the region), fresh eggs from their coop, and much more. Treat yourself to a precious moment where meeting the women and children will create lasting, heartfelt memories. This is also an opportunity to participate in the community development promoted by the Fondation Orient-Occident, which fosters sharing and provides employment for the local inhabitants.

The picnic is scheduled to start 30 minutes before sunset and extend for a duration of 2 hours.
Just steps away from the ocean, a field of oleanders and a golden dune await you. The waves gently wash up onto the sand. The picnic is set up a few meters from enormous centuries-old mulberry trees, in this timeless, relaxing, and romantic place. A unique experience. For the picnic, enjoy a selection of carefully prepared delights: fresh salads and seasonal vegetables, gourmet sandwiches, and juicy fresh fruit. All accompanied by a choice of refreshing drinks, including homemade lemonade. This culinary experience, combined with the natural beauty of the location, makes the moment even more special.
