MOROCCO | A Timeless Ritual

This autumn, La Fiermontina Ocean invites you to embrace a unique experience: the olive harvest, a ritual that has spanned centuries. On the weekends of October 18–19 and 25–26, not only our cherished guests but all who reserve will be welcomed into an atmosphere of authenticity and tradition. Surrounded by 7.500 olive trees, seasonal orchards, and fragrant gardens, participants will hand-pick olives alongside the women of the village, preserving an ancient gesture that unites the Mediterranean. The harvest becomes a moment of sharing: tasting freshly pressed olive oil, olives, warm bread, and mint tea—flavors that speak of roots and community.

The scene comes alive with women’s songs and traditional décor—carpets, poufs, and small tables—evoking the intimacy of a village gathering. The journey continues to the village of Dchier, where women bake bread in communal ovens, passing down gestures of love through generations. For those who wish, a soothing olive oil massage offers a chance to merge with the energy of nature. Finally, our Chef pays homage to olive oil with his “Dish of the Day,” a tribute to the flavors of the land. An experience to awaken all the senses—culture, nature, and female artistry—in a celebration of roots and conviviality.
