MICHELIN GUIDE: La Fiermontina Conquers Paris

Italy continues to affirm itself as the beating heart of global hospitality. In the global selection of the MICHELIN Keys, presented on October 8th at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, our country stands out among the most awarded destinations in the world—symbolizing a unique art of hospitality that turns every stay into an authentic and unforgettable experience.

Taking center stage in this edition is La Fiermontina Family Collection, which marks a new chapter of excellence in the international hotel landscape. First, it triumphs with *La Fiermontina Ocean*, winning the prestigious “Local Gateway Award” and being awarded Two MICHELIN Keys for its ability to blend elegance, sustainability, and a deep connection to local culture. The property stands out for its active involvement, alongside the Fondation Orient-Occident, in community development projects in disadvantaged rural villages such as Dchier, Tcharouah, and Mezgalef.

The collection then consolidates its success in Italy. In Lecce, La Fiermontina Palazzo Bozzi Corso—an elegant 18th-century palace just steps from the Basilica of Santa Croce—rises from one to **Two MICHELIN Keys**, confirming its status as a jewel of Italian hospitality. It’s a small masterpiece of luxury that fuses historical architecture, modern design, and contemporary art with a unique style.

Also in the baroque heart of the city, La Fiermontina Luxury Home—a 17th-century farmhouse transformed into a charming residence—earns One MICHELIN Key, an accolade that celebrates its perfect balance of authenticity, comfort, and Mediterranean poetry.

With these three Keys, La Fiermontina Family Collection, founded by Fouad Giacomo and his sister Antonia Yasmina Filali, reaffirms its vision of hospitality as the art of human connection, where luxury translates into humanity, culture, and social responsibility.

125 years after its inception, the MICHELIN Guide renews its language and consecrates hospitality—alongside cuisine—as an integral part of the art of living. A recognition that celebrates not only extraordinary places, but also stories of passion, beauty, and rebirth.
