What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guests of La Fiermontina Ocean may check in from 15:30 and must check out by 11:00 on the day of departure.
You may request an early check-in or late check-out by arranging this with our Booking Office prior to arrival (reservations@lafiermontinaocean.com) and/or with the Front Office once at the hotel. You may also contact us at any time at info@lafiermontinaocean.com.

How does check-in at the hotel work?

Guests may arrive near the reception area in their own vehicle, where they will be welcomed by our Guest Ambassador and dedicated staff. They will collect your luggage and take care of parking your car.
Check-in procedures take place at the reception area of La Fiermontina Ocean. Our check-in is not simply a formality: it is a genuine welcome, as if arriving at a friend’s home.

Can I check in early?

Yes, you may request an early check-in by arranging this with our Booking Office before arrival (reservations@lafiermontinaocean.com) and/or with the Front Office once you are at the hotel, or by contacting info@lafiermontinaocean.com.

Reception operates 24/7.

Where is the hotel located and how can it be reached?

La Fiermontina Ocean is located at NR 260, Houmat Eljediane, Centre Sahel, Larache, Morocco.

Directions from Tangier Airport to La Fiermontina Ocean (by car)
• Exit the airport: Upon leaving the airport, turn left and take the N1, following signs for the A5 motorway (also called the Tangier–Rabat motorway).
• Take the N1: Continue on the N1 for about 5 km. At the roundabouts, keep straight following signs for Rabat or Asilah.
• Join the A5 motorway: After about 5 km, join the A5 motorway towards Rabat/Asilah.
• Exit towards Tetouan / Ceuta (Sebta): Continue for about 42 km, then take the exit for Tetouan/Ceuta onto the N1.
• Continue to La Fiermontina Ocean: At the first roundabout, take the third exit towards the Sahel N1 road. Continue for about 9 km to Krimda. You will see the La Fiermontina Ocean sign on your right. Continue for another 5.5 km.
• Arrival: The entrance is marked by a concrete gate. Turn left and follow the road to reception. GPS directions may sometimes be misleading; we strongly recommend using the coordinates 35°18'19.1"N 6°05'57.8"W.

Directions from Casablanca Airport to La Fiermontina Ocean (by car)
• Exit the airport: Follow signs for the A3 motorway (Casa–Rabat).
• Take the P3038: Drive west for 3 km, then join the A3 towards Rabat.
• Join the A1: After 12 km, take the A1 motorway towards Rabat and continue for 74 km.
• Join the A5: At the junction, take the A5 towards Tangier and continue for approximately 196 km.
• Exit towards Lixus/Larache: Take the exit towards P4402.
• Continue to La Fiermontina Ocean: Follow P4402 for 1.7 km to a roundabout. Take the first exit onto the R417 and drive for 11.2 km. At Krimda, you will see the sign for La Fiermontina Ocean on your left. Follow the off-road track for 5.5 km.
• Arrival: The entrance is marked by a black concrete gate. Turn left and follow the road to the reception area. GPS may be misleading; please use the coordinates 35°18'19.1"N 6°05'57.8"W.

Is parking available on site?

Yes, parking is free and reserved exclusively for our guests. It offers 18 parking spaces and charging stations for electric vehicles.

Is there a lift?

No, there is no lift.

What accessibility features does the hotel offer?

La Fiermontina Ocean is an Eco Resort immersed in nature. We offer one fully accessible Garden Suite, designed with meticulous attention to detail to provide a luxurious stay for guests with mobility needs. The Juba Garden Suite features wheelchair access, wide doors, and smooth flooring.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort. Guests may connect to the GUESTS network.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed anywhere on the property.

Is luggage storage available?

Yes, guests may leave their luggage temporarily, for example before check-in, after check-out, or during a visit to the nearby village.

Is a shuttle service available?

Yes, airport and local transfers can be arranged upon reservation. Please contact Reception or your Guest Ambassador, or arrange in advance through the Booking Office at reservations@lafiermontinaocean.com.

Do you provide electric car charging?

Yes, electric charging stations are available in the car park.

Can children stay at the property?

Due to the resort’s natural and untamed environment of dunes and hills, we are pleased to welcome children aged 8 and above.

Rooms

What amenities are provided in the rooms?

All rooms offer:

One- and Two-Bedroom Suites, as well as Villa Akhazane, have a private pool with sun loungers.
Villa Akhazane and the Traditional Village Houses also feature a private kitchen.
The Juba Garden Suite includes a private garden.

Are baby cots or children’s beds available?

The Suites, the Villa, and the Traditional Village Houses can accommodate children aged 8 and above. Some rooms can host an additional bed for a third guest.

Yes, breakfast is included. Guests may choose from an à la carte menu and a rich buffet offering Moroccan, Italian, and international dishes.
It is also possible to book a traditional breakfast experience in the nearby village houses.

Is there a restaurant at the hotel?

Yes. The Ocean Restaurant, located in the main complex, features a panoramic terrace and a large dining room with fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the ocean and dunes.
Guests may also enjoy additional culinary experiences such as lunch at the private Beach Club, sunset picnics on the dunes, private dinners, and more.

Are gluten-free, vegetarian, or vegan options available?

Yes. Please inform us of your dietary requirements prior to arrival.
